Case Submission Questions
We accept open STL, PLY, and DCM files directly through our secure online Request a Quote portal, or via email at admin@samadentallabs.com. We are compatible with 3Shape Trios, iTero, Medit, Carestream, Dentsply Sirona, and all open scanner platforms.
We accept PVS, polyether, and stone master models collected via courier or direct delivery in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
Turnaround Questions
Standard turnarounds range from 2–4 business days for orthodontic retainers/models, 3–5 days for single veneers and crowns, and 5–8 days for complex multi-unit implant bridges and metal bar restorations.
